Tour Plan

Day 1 : CHANDIGARH - NARKANDA

Welcome to Delhi Meet Our Representative Holidays To Himachal & leave for Shimla. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel. Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

Day 2 : NARKANDA – KUFRI - SANGLA

Before breakfast, visit Bhimakali Temple during puja. It is revered as one of the fifth one Shaktipeeth. Leave for beautiful Sangla valley. Enroute Trandha Maa temple known for its sheer drop. A journey from Karcham onwards is enjoyable and adventurous throughout the valley. The natural scenery all around and the eternal snow view are picturesque & charming. This is the most charming valley in the entire District of Kinnaur. It is also known as Baspa valley since Baspa River flows through this valley. Explore the vicinity around including an ancient Kamro Fort & temple dedicated to Nages God. Leave to Rakcham village. O/N at Hotel .

Day 3 : SANGLA LOCAL WITH CHITKUL VILLAGE

When you sit by the river and admire the beauty of Rakcham is completely another world. I would say, you would have never seen this kind of creation of extraordinary beauty in your life. This place is a paradise for trekking, bird-watching, professional photographer and the extreme condition for the rock climber. The hotels offer different kinds of trips to the upper pasture land. You will not get such a combination in any hotels in Kinnaur. Visit Chitkul, the last village on old Indo- Tibetan Route, walkthrough village & brilliant stream. Back to the same hotel. Rakcham Village : Rakcham is a quaint village situated in Himachal Pradesh about 23 kms away from Chitkul, the last Indian village before the Tibet Border. The scenic little hamlet is located in the enchanting Baspa Valley by River Baspa, which is an important tributary of the Sutlej. The region is covered with dense vegetation throughout the year. The serene snow-capped peak of Kinnaur Kailash mountains that border the district of Kinnaur can also be witnessed from this little hamlet. Chitkul Village : Chhitkul is a village in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. During winters, the place mostly remains covered with the snow and the inhabitants move to lower regions of Himachal. According to a recent study by Centre of Atmospheric Sciences at IIT Delhi, Chitkul has the cleanest air in India. Buddhist Monastery : If you are travelling to Himachal Pradesh, you are sure to come across some amazing and beautiful monasteries on the way. Buddhist Monastery is one such place in Brelengi, thus also referred to as Brelengi Gompa.

Day 4 : SANGLA – KAZA

Meal : Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast leave for Tabo, Enroute Nako Lake, this is one of Kinnaur ‘ s most picturesque hamlets, Nako is slated to be declared a heritage village built around a small lake & has an important Buddhist Gompa& small temples. After lunch for Gui Village, famous for its mummies 500 to 600years old. O/N at Kaza . Nako Lake : Nako Lake is a high altitude lake in the Pooh sub-division of the Kinnaur district of the state of Himachal Pradesh in India. It forms part of the boundary of Nako village, and is named after it. It is about 3,662 metres (12,014 ft) above sea level. The lake is surrounded by willow and poplar trees. Gue Village : Gue is a village in the Lahaul & Spiti district of the state of Himachal Pradesh in India. In this little village lays the perfectly well-preserved 500-year-old mummy of Sangha Tenzing. It was a Buddhist monk from Tibet. It was found in a sitting position, with his skin and hair intact. Kaza is one of the most important monasteries, not just in Spiti but in the whole of the Tibetan Buddhist world. Tabo holds the distinction of being the largest monastic complex in Spiti constructed in 1996 AD. Enroute Dhankar Gompa. O/n Kaza.

Day 5 : KAZA LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Meal : Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast leave for Kaza sightseeing by visiting Kee Monastery & Gate Village [Highest Motorable Connected Road in the world & Kibber Village for the ancient monastery built on what is believed to have been a crater of an extinct Volcano. Key Monastery : No matter what, do not drop this place from your itinerary, even if you are not on a spiritual tour. Almost 7km from Kaza, this Monastery, established in 11th century is the largest in Spiti valley. Komic Village : Komic Village, situated at a height of 4275m is a location where fossils are found. Villagers might tempt you to buy the fossils, however do not get trapped since buying and transporting fossils is not legal. Kibber Village : The highest village in town or as it is claimed to be, Kibber is situated 18 km from Kaza. Easily accessible by a smooth road, you will be amazed to known that the village has its own polling station during elections.

Day 6 : KAZA - KALPA

Meal : Breakfast & Dinner The morning after breakfast leave to Kalpa via Reckong Peo short stop to explore market famous for its dry fruit & local woolen clothes, en route visit Koti Mata Temple. Arrival at Hotel Most of the Hotel rooms facing Jorkanden & The Kinner Kailash Peaks, considered as one of the mythical homes of Lord Shiva & by its side is a seventy-nine-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivalinga that changes the color as the day passes & is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. O/N stay. The Kinner Kailash Peaks : Kinnaur is perceived to be a magical land aka the land of fairy tales and fantasies which has a spectacular terrain of lush green valley, orchards, vineyards, snow clad peaks and cold desert mountains. It is a border district of Himachal Pradesh. Kinnaur is also rich in flora & fauna. The culture and language is different from other parts of the state. Kinnaur, the tribal district of Himachal Pradesh, lies 250 kms away from Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh and is located on the Hindustan Tibet Road. Suicide Point : As the name suggest, Suicide Point is a place with dangerous trench and vertical slopes. Situated near Kalpa, a walk to this point will take you through delicious sight of apple orchards. Narayan Nagini Temple : A perfect example of Kinnauri craftsmanship, this temple is constructed in traditional Tibetan Pagoda style of architecture. Situated on the top of a hill at Chini Village, this temple is one of the major attractions of the village and a must visit. Roghi Village : This is a place where you can witness and enjoy the ethnicity and traditions of people of Kalpa. A small village located at a distance of 6-7 km. from Kalpa, it is famous for its simple lifestyle and customs of Himachal

Day 07 : KALPA – SHIMLA

After breakfast Checkout & drive to Sangla Back. Arrive at SHIMLA Check in the Hotel & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 08 : SHIMLA - CHANDIGARH

Meal : Breakfast & Dinner After breakfast Check out from Camp & drive to Shimla . A gift of world, Shimla is a beautiful township nestled in the picturesque Beas River valley. It is a rustic enclave known for its cool climate and snow-capped mountains, offering respite to tourists escaping scorching heat of the plains. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
